Yahoo News ran a story this morning about a man who escaped an attack from a great white shark. He was swimming 80 meters off the coast of South Western Australia.

He poked the shark in the eye.

I’m just saying, I’ve heard this before. That generally is considered the “thing to do” when your being attacked by a shark. Everyone knows that. But I’m just saying…

Also, what would possess him to swim 80 METERS!!! off the coast, in an area known for it’s shark population? Crazy crazy people.
